Joshua Billson

About Me

I am a MSc student at the University of Alberta majoring in Computing Science. My fields of interest include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, and Functional Programming. I am presently employed as a full-time research assistant with the Multimedia Research Center, where I explore applications of machine learning within the field of remote sensing and smart agriculture. In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games, reading science fiction, listening to music, writing code, and spending time with my cat Romeo.
